I absolutely LOVE these pictures of Julia getting a new purple dress. You'll have to read the foster home's blog (ask me for a link if you don't have it already) for the whole story... but I couldn't resist posting these amazingly cute pictures over here. Julia has to be one of the most expressive children ever.
