I just thought this was a fun picture, and I'm in desperate need of a blogging idea. So, here's a picture. This is Elva. She works at the foster home with us. She is amazing! She does PR for the Chinese side of things, but she's also a lot of fun. She speaks great English, so she often has the "fun" (I'm being sarcastic) job of being our translators. But, she's always smiling, and I think she looks cute in the hat!
So - since I'm clearly running short on blogging material, I welcome any suggestions for potential posts... any questions you want answered?
